What are the types of professional learning you offer?

Online – All online. You will work your way through eight modules of learning in each course.

What are the titles of the courses?

  • SCECHS courses – there are two SCECHS courses offered.

  • One course is offered at a self-learning pace.


What are the requirements for online courses?

Colorado State University Pueblo enrollment period is as follows:

Three Sessions Offered! – Spring, Summer, and Fall– Registration Information

Spring Session (maximum credits allowed during spring session is 9)

January 3- May 15

Summer Session (maximum credits allowed during summer session is 12)

May 16-September 15

Fall Session (maximum credits allowed during fall session is 9)

September 16 – December 15


Who should take online courses?

All of our courses are appropriate for a range of K-12 teachers, administrators, counselors, social workers, directors, or anyone working with students.


Can the credit be used for teacher and administrative re-certification?

Yes, graduate credit online courses through Colorado State University Pueblo are graduate level college credits.


Is Colorado State University – Pueblo an accredited school?

Colorado State University Pueblo is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. www.csupueblo.edu


Is it a letter grade course for graduate credit?

Yes, you will earn a letter grade for the course.


Will I really earn three graduate credits if I select graduate credit?

Yes, the college graduate credit courses are three graduate credits.


When will course grades be available?

For CSU Pueblo graduate courses, once course requirements are met and the materials are graded, grades are available shortly after completion of the course.


How do I pay for the online classes or conferences?

You may pay online or mail a check or Purchase Order.

Can I drop an online course?

Due to the nature and timeline of the online courses, once the course has started that you registered for, you are unable to drop the course and receive a refund. You will need to complete the course in order to receive a grade or credit. If you drop an online class prior to the start date, there will be a $50 cancellation processing fee.

Details for CSU Pueblo

  • Credit is offered through CSU Pueblo/Colorado State University Pueblo.

  • Coursework is submitted through Schoology.

  • You will pay for the course with iFireUP and we will send you a link to complete the online registration with CSU Pueblo.

  • Once you register with CSU Pueblo, you will be provided with your NET ID number. You can expect this email approximately 7-10 days later. Keep a record of this number, it is your student number!

  • Once your coursework is submitted to iFireUP and we submit your grade, CSU Pueblo will enter it. This process can take up to 14 days.

  • You will be able to view your unofficial transcripts once the grade it transcribed (you will need to periodically check your account).
